The Smoky Mountain Youth Anglers Program

The Smoky Mountain Youth Anglers is a youth program that focuses on introducing young individuals to the sport of fishing. The program was previously known as Catapalooza for Kids and has since undergone a name change. The program is sponsored by several vendors and parents who provide the participants with a jersey and rod and reel combo. These vendors are dedicated to promoting the sport of fishing and providing young individuals with a positive outdoor experience.

The program is open to all children 17 and under who are interested in fishing, regardless of their experience level. The Smoky Mountain Youth Anglers program provides a safe and positive environment for children to learn about fishing and develop their skills. The program teaches children the fundamentals of fishing, such as casting, knot tying, fish identification and much more.

In conclusion, Smoky Mountain Youth Anglers is a great program for children who are interested in fishing. The program provides young individuals with a positive outdoor experience and the necessary equipment to get started. We hope that this will encourage more individuals to participate in the program and discover the joys of fishing.
