Pigeon Forge TN is a great place to visit for those who love fishing and outdoor activities. The Smoky Mountain Fishing Expo is an annual event that takes place in Pigeon Forge TN and attracts many visitors from all over the country. This year's expo will be held on August 11th and 12th at the Le Conte Center 2986 Teaster Ln, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.


Apart from the expo, there are many other attractions in Pigeon Forge that visitors can enjoy.

For those who love pond fishing, Big Rock Dude Ranch is a great place to go. Stocked with blue gill, crappie, catfish and bass, the catch-and-release fishing pond is available without a fishing license.


For those who want to experience something different, the mountaintop adventure park is open and guests can enjoy its newest attraction, Astra Lumina. The celestial experience brings the stars into a Smoky Mountain Forest lit with projections and lights.


Other things to do at the park include Chondola and Ridge Rambler rides, Treetop Skywalk, Vista Gardens, and the TreeVenture Challenge Course.


Besides these attractions, there are many other things to do in Pigeon Forge just a few are listed below.


**Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies**: This aquarium is home to over 10,000 exotic sea creatures and features a glass tunnel that allows visitors to walk through an underwater world.

**Gatlinburg SkyLift Park**: This park offers breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and visitors can take a scenic chairlift ride to the top of Crockett Mountain.

- **Dollywood Theme Park**: This theme park has over 40 rides and attractions, including roller coasters, water rides, and live entertainment¹.

**Great Smoky Mountains National Park**: This park offers over 850 miles of hiking trails and scenic views.

**WonderWorks**: This indoor amusement park features over 100 interactive exhibits that are designed to challenge the mind and spark the imagination.

**Titanic Museum Attraction**: This museum is a tribute to the Titanic and features artifacts from the ship as well as interactive exhibits that allow visitors to experience what it was like to be on board.

**Wears Valley Ziplines**: This attraction offers a thrilling zipline experience with views of the Smoky Mountains.

**Goats on the Roof of the Smokies**: This attraction features live goats that roam around on a rooftop and visitors can feed them.

**Creekside Golf Course**: This golf course offers beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains and is located along a creek.

**Pigeon Forge Snow**: This indoor snow park offers snow tubing, snow play areas, and more.

**The Island in Pigeon Forge**: This entertainment complex features over 80 shops, restaurants, and attractions including a Ferris wheel and a ropes course. Also directly beside the expo center.

**Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster**: This attraction offers an exciting ride through the Smoky Mountains on an alpine coaster.
